I am a yoga teacher and I am working with a media company. I am really feeling very nice after going through the ppt. It is really very exhaustive and informative. I must appreciate your sincere effort for awaring the HRs towards this new and indeed a very effective aspect of development. Thanks for sharing. One can follow ASTANGA YOGA themselves, but not inspire his/her organization. He may not give sufficient knowledge to his/her fellows or subordinates. Then, he/she can live their life with satisfaction, but their organization cannot benefit.
So, following YOGA themselves is not important; obliging others to follow it is important, and that makes a good society.

Re: Yoga and HR Hi Yoga and HR are not both corelated so you do yoga then your mind will be fresh and you will do good.So it helps in your works.

Dear YashKumar,

A nice presentation to maintain health and peace of mind. It is a million-dollar question as to whether the corporate sector has realized the importance of this in the days of globalization and recession. How many companies have given serious thought to the mental and physical health of their executives and workers? And how many companies really put this into practice? I appreciate your sincere effort to make HR professionals aware of it.
