Hai kanya.

Pls find the details one by one.
1.Leave rules (EL, CL, etc)
As per factories act 1948, employer have to give leave (by what name it does not matter) .An employee can avail one leave for every twenty working days of the previous year which means 15 nos provided he has worked for
a period of 240 days or more in a factory during preceding calendar.now i am explaining how?

There are total 365 days in a year.If u deduct 52 nos of weekly off and 8 paid holidays

only 300 nos of days remaining .if we devide 300 by 20 you will get 15no which is minimum nos as per factories act

2.Overtime (pay calculation in %)

As per factories act, a worker works in a
factory for more than nine hours in any day or for more than fortyeight
hours in any week, he shall, in respect of overtime work, be
entitled to wages at the rate of twice his ordinary rate of wages.Provided bonus will not be included in the wages.

3.Permission (Rules)

In order to work overtime , the employer have seek aproval from chief inspector (Section 54 of Factories act)

Thanks
