Hi Vijeta,
I am sorry, I think my response sounded very ideological. My only intention was to convey that it is a professional decision and hence even any emotional problems can be handled professionally.
viz. say to your friends that you have been promised a salary hike or you just thought that you will do some parallel education and in order to do that it is better to be in a known environment.
Again I am making a point that justify yourself and rest all be justified.
Thanks Mr. Simhan, I also liked the articles and they really help you professionally justify your decision.
Regards

Hi Vijeta, Is the only reason of him going back is that he is not able to get a job in any other firm? I’m also curious to know about his reason for leaving...

that's right, till date he is not able to get a job that is the only reason he is thinking of joining his previous company again.
reason was personal as well as professional. but he has given the personal reason to his organigation. He is married and that time her wife was living alone in delhi so he left the job. His organisation was not ready to him a transfer.
