Nice post.
However, an employee engagement initiatives will be more effective for a long term if there is a clear and concise communication process, a consistent recognition of employees efforts & timely grievance handling.
What is primarily important for all HR Professionals and TOP MANAGEMENT is to determine the extent of employee engagement (LONG TERM or SHORT TERM)?
