I am Devendra. I am working as an HR in a hospital which is run under a Trust. The HR department has been established recently as I am the 1st HR hired. I have to organize a proper leave structure from the top-level doctors to Class 4 employees.
Can you guide me about the leave structure as follows:
1. Number of Casual leave
2. Sick leave
3. Paid leaves
4. Total number of days to be taken by an employee in a year
5. Say if an employee doesn't take a leave for the whole year, then how many leaves should be carried forward.
6. Classification of PF and non-applicable employees.
7. Mandatory leaves
