Dear All,
I am working as an HR in an IT company Employee strength is 20. There are no policies in this company. After a lot of headstorming sessions I have formulated a Leave Policy, Events Policy. Now I want to prepare an manual, with general policies, like Internet Usage, Dress Code, Timings, Short leaves, Birthday/Anniversary celebrations etc. Guys plzz help me out on this. ANd suggestions on what else I should do to make this organization more structured.

Hi Ayeshaaaa, find attached my company handbook that was developed for a retail company in Canada (they have since gone bankrupt so there are no copyright issues, etc). This can act as a template of what is needed (or what we used) for a handbook. Note it is essential to get employees to sign off that they have read the handbook so to avoid people saying 'I didnt know about that policy'. You will need to update policies based on what location youre in.
