Hi Manish, You can draft a format for relieving letter and one for no dues certificate also. Also maintain the database of the candidates who apply in your company. This will help you a lot. Deepali

These are suffiecient letters/formats. you can also include application blank as well. As such the letters and formats are not specific you can create more letters and formats depending upon the requirement of the company. like disciplinary action form etc.

actually i have not prepared these formats/letters, this is all from cite hr and u can search it by quick search.. it is all in this cite.. thanks to this cite and people who has given their contribution. and i have only preapred the list not formats and letters, i am also searching it in this cite. so pl. go ahead..

Hi Manish,
With Deepali's addition it is very comprehensive. You may consider adding a Regret Letter to those who do not make it in the interview. Here I propose two letters - one for those who attend the interview but do not make it - must appreciate the time spent by them. The second one is for those who are not even called for an interview.
You also consider a Requisition Slip from the concerned department before commencement of recruitment.
