As already informed we are to deposit this contribution both of employee & employer yearly through cheque or DD. No challan system is there under this Act. We are to deduct this contribution amount of Rs. five monthly from the wages/salary of the employee.

Dear Devendra,
As per requirement of section 9A we are to pay LWFC both of the employees & employer share to the office of Welfare Commissioner, Haryana. We are to provide details to the welfare commissioner for which I am attaching the draft of covering letter with details of contributions. This letter was found issued to one my client by this office for submission of LWFC.This Act has not provided us any return to be sent to any authority.

Is a Manager coming under employees and needs to contribute for LWF in the state of Haryana?

employee mean - who have name in muster roll on the last day of month
Please clerify- should we deduct LWF at the time of FNF in the middle of the month.
i.e. ram left on 07 july 2015
should i deduct his LWF or not at FNF settlement on 8th july.

If the “employee” is not there in register of an establishment on the last working day of the month then we are not to deduct the Labour Welfare Fund contribution for that month.

We are 7year old company in Gurgaon more than 30 employees.
we have not yet submitted LWF yet of any year.
As last day of LWF return is 31st January. We wants to pay LWF of last year.
Could you pls advise me should we wait for Jan-2017 with consolidated with 2016 LWF or we can pay now.
Kindly advise and guide me for further process.

You can deposit the amount of labour welfare fund contribution for the year 2016 both of employees & employer at this point of time along with 12 % interest from 1st Jan, 2016 till the time of deposit. If you do not deposit then this interest penalty will continue.

Could we make one cheque of contribution amount and penality amount.
Also pls guide me 12% interest is monthly from Jan'16 onwards or one time.
