Please be informed that according to a circular dated 27.06.2023, the Haryana Labour Welfare Board has increased the Labour Welfare Fund contribution limit of employees from the existing Rs. 25 to Rs. 31 per month with effect from 01.01.2023. The employer will continue to contribute twice the amount of the employee's contribution. A copy of the circular is attached herewith for your ready reference.

This pertains to establishments operating in the state of Haryana and covered under the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, as applicable to the state of Haryana.
