As per the new guidelines of the Delhi government, registration under the Shop and Establishment Act is necessary before January 5, 2010.
My firm provides outsourcing services and has more than 10 employees with an office in Delhi. I would like to know the process of registration, including which forms need to be filled out, where we need to submit them, what other documents are required, the registration fees, and whom to contact for assistance.
