Hi... You can organise various team activities, like they can one day they can bring some food by cooking on their on their own & let them give marking announce prize for winner... Or make them write few postive & negative points about organisation & team members also with this you will come to know what can be done... Announce performance wise quaterly winner... organise some motivation movie or games... let team speak be interactive to you... sit one to one & understand their needs & handle accordingly...
