Hi Mohit,
Do you refer to any handy competency dictionary, or do you define on your own the five levels? Another query: the requirements of these competencies may not be the same at all levels. Do you prefer to first define the job pattern and then rate each competency?

The form posted by Mohit is useful. Mohit, I too have the same questions as Sheetal asked. I would also like to know when the appraisal has to be conducted. Are there any specific months for conducting appraisals? What is the score a person has to get out of 5 so that he/she gets a promotion? What is the percentage of hike given generally in most companies? Please give me some inputs. :idea:
