I have joined a small IT concern where there is no performance review system or appraisal policy. I wish to draft a policy; kindly help me out with the process and formats. Is there any compulsion that appraisals should be given only in the month of April, or can we give them in June or July? What is the maximum slab we can fix for appraisal increments? Can we review their performance quarterly so it will be helpful for us for appraisals in a year?
