Hi, I'm in a stock broking firm. I need a leave calculation software on an Excel sheet (with formulas) or something easy to implement in the company that I'm working for.
The company already has a swiping system by which everyone is satisfied. But the problem really arises when we have to calculate the leave, late coming, early exits, etc., manually! It's very tedious and tiresome as we have to pick out each employee and check his records manually for the entire month and then record his late comings and leaves. This takes about 4 working days for 100 employees.
As this is an SME, I require a cost-effective way to record and compute the attendance without having to manually calculate the same. Can anyone help me out with this? Please?
