thanks for ur response.. Annual leave,Half Day,Paternal Leave,Maternity Leave,On Duty,On Tour,LOP,Comp Off,Half CompOff,Marriage Leave these are d types of leaves we have.

I just want to know if an employee wants to apply for leave online, how many tables and forms are required? In which format should the data go to the email address of the approver? Basically, I need to understand the data flow of the LMS. I hope you understood.

Hi Anupam,

All the very best for setting up LMS at your organization. I have a point to share with you regarding Comp Off. In your leave type, you have mentioned half Comp Off. However, the Comp Off policy states that one can avail Comp Off only if he/she has worked on a holiday for a minimum of eight hours or the number of hours set by the company to avail the same. Hence, when employees avail Comp Off, they will have to take it for a full day. Giving half-day Comp Off is not a good practice and, in turn, will burden you in keeping track of it. You can also add Training to your list.

Hi Diva,

Please find below the process for joining formalities for your reference:

1. Provide the company joining form to the new joiner and collect all the documents that are mandatory for joining.
2. Share the company policy and procedure information with the new joiner.
3. Present him/her with a nice hand bouquet.
4. Introduce the new joiner to your Senior Management team, Administration, Finance, HR team, and his team.
