Hi Sandhya,

Please clarify your question. There are many forms that come under the umbrella of industrial relations. All forms related to trade unions, agreements, disciplinary memos, factory acts, etc., fall under IR. What exactly are you looking for?

Hello Mr. Rajiv,

Thank you for your response. I am working as a lecturer, teaching the legal environment and industrial relations subject to MBA students. I am also confused about the specific forms and theories he is asking for. It is only mentioned under the heading of "Introduction to Industrial Relations," not specifically related to trade unions, collective bargaining, or others. In general, do we have theories and forms of industrial relations? Please let me know.

Thank you,
Sandhya

Dear Sandhya,

It seems from the above conversations that the students are looking for a quick fix guide to IR. They can get through the exams, but in real career, they may suffer if they don't give due importance to studies. Let them make a list of labor legislations and go through all the acts. I may post a note or two, but that will be my opinion. Let them study and form their own opinion.
