Like all the forms relatinng to trade unions,agreements,disciplinary
memo's ,factory acts etc etc all come under IR .what exactly you
are lookin for ?

thanks for ur response.i am working as a lecturer and teaching legal environment and industrail relations subject for MBA students. even i am alos the same confusion as to which forms and theories he is asking for. its just mentioned under the heading of tntroduction to industrial relations.not pertaing specifically to Trade union or collective bargainag or others.in general do we have theories and forms of induatrial relations ???

Form 2 and Form 5 .Nomination form and PF new entry of employee
Form 19 and Form 10C ..Final PF Claim withdrawal
Form 10 D . ..For Pension
Form 20 . ..For Death(for nominee)
Form I and Form 3 ... New entry in ESI----get filled by employee
Service charge . earlier it was 10.20% now it is 12.24%.
Form 5IF .to claim benefit under EDLI by nominee or legal heir of a member.
Form 31 ..To claim temporary withdrawal /advance under employees PF scheme
Combined Annual Return . FORM 20 (specimen enclosed with this sheet)(it is format which contains six act in one)

Dear Sandhya,
It seems from the above conversations, that the students are looking for a quick fix guide to IR. They can get through the exams but in real career they may suffer if they dont give the due importance to studies. Let them make a list of labour legislations, and go through all the acts. I may post a note or two but that will be my openion all over. Let them study & form their own openion.
