I am presently going through a book "Training in Organizations" 4th edition (Authors: Irwin L. Goldstein and J. Kevin Ford) it covers Training need assessment, TNA phases, development, evaluation, training delivery and many other topics. I am finding this book very helpful in gaining in-depth understanding.

Success of training programme depends upon how you did your TNA. Very useful material for those who conduct training progrmames.
Hi Ive just changed careers and started in training after being in finance for many years although i have delvered training my new company wants me to do the reasearch to identify the traing and put together training packages.
