- How we can claim that we have 5 years contineous service?
- If the company is having less than 10 employees, whether gratuity is applicable?
- Company is not keeping any statutory provisions
- Third year i took 3 months unpaid leave (but having more than 240 days service in that year)
- Is is compalsary for employer to pay gratuity?
