Also, please let me know the parameters/criteria used to determine the award recipients and how the assessment is carried out. For example, how is the "Best Employee of the Year" chosen?

For motivating the employees by recognizing, appreciating, and rewarding them for their good performance, the concept of "Employee of the Month" was introduced in September 2006.
Parameters for the selection of Employee of the Month are given below:
1. Attendance, regularity, and punctuality.
2. Knowledge of the work, methods, and processes.
3. Promptness in the timely completion of work.
4. Ability to take initiative/Proactive.
5. Ability to work hard and excel in the profession.
6. Creative and innovative.
7. Sincerity and commitment (Sense of responsibility).
8. Participation and involvement.
9. Relations with peer group (Team spirit).
10. Overall attitude and behavior.
