Hello Friends,
I am in big jinx-------- I am HR of a private firm. One of our employee had been appointed in the company w.r.t personal relations beween employees father and our employer. Now the problem is that we are facing lot of problem with the employee w.r.t work. Our employer has decided to send the respective employee for long vacations for 6 months, in short he wants to terminate the employee, but our employer does not want to use the word suspension neither termination. He also wants that the personal relation should not be harmed. He has requested me to draft a letter w.r.t case very sesitively.....
MY question is what are the liabilities if an employee is sent on long vacation and what are the liabilities if an employee is suspended for 6 months (with or with out pay)
Kindly help me for the same........

Dear
you can not supend some one for 6 months without any reason.if you will suspend someone you have to issue him chage sheet for the misconducts,
he has done.
in your case there is two solutions
1.yoiu call that person and tell him that managerment is not intrested in you so better you give resign.
2.you call that person and tell him that due to recession /or any other reason we request you to be on leave without pay for 6 months.he will understand
himself that company donot want him.

Hello Dear, After 6 months if he comes back and with the same way of working attitude what will be your action. Please find the permanent solution. This is my opinion. Thanks Thiru
