Hi The assessment centre is the one method of human resource selection process. It includes many kinds of operating methods like evaluation presentation skill, teamworking skill etc.

I agree with Ron. Assessment Centers are a popular method of recruiting in large companies because the recruiter explores many aspects of the candidates. I think Assessment Centers also go as “Selection Centers”. Most Companies have their very own Tailor made activities as per the company requirements to assess the prospective candidates. Their individual capabilities, team working ability, problem solving & initiating skills etc can be thoroughly analyzed through assessment centers.
