Hi all! I am pursuing my MBA-HR and am interested in doing a project on PMS. I would look forward to some help from the professionals out there practicing the same.

Can you tell me what the difference is between appraisal, assessment, and evaluation? How can you relate these terms when it comes to measuring the performance of employees? Which term is more appropriate and why? Are there any specific definitions for these terms in the Performance Management System?
