Hello Seniors,

A few days ago, one of my friends went for an interview for the position of a so-called HR Executive in a Placement Consultancy. One of the questions she was asked is - "How would you recruit candidates and on what basis would you reject a candidate?"

Sir/Madam, I would like to know what the proper answer to this question would be. Also, what kind of questions can be expected in an interview for such a position in Consultancies?

Please reply. 🌟

See, the answer is: you will select based on the requirements outlined in the job description or as per the clients' needs. Rejections may occur due to various reasons such as not meeting the requirements, lack of communication skills, insufficient qualifications, and experience, among others. Recruitment can be carried out by browsing through job portals like naukri.com, monsterindia, etc. Additionally, you can match keywords, contact candidates nearby, inquire about their profiles, assess if they are a good fit, discuss the job opening with them, and then email them. Evaluate their communication skills and share their CVs with clients. That's it. I hope this adequately addresses your question. 😄🟢😛😉
