Let me introduce myself- this is swagata working as HR-Manager in an IT organisation located at calcutta.

We are getting an assignment for which we have to send employees to Singapore. I am looking for details relating to perdiem or salary level which will be applicable for employees.

We will not have an office in Singapore. The resources will be on deputation to Singapore. Can you please advice what should be the perdiem for two levels.

Level 1 : 1-5 years of exp or junior resources

Level 2: 5-9 yaers or middle level resources

Level 3: 10+ senior level resources

It will be great help if you can provide me some information.

I would also like to get some idea about per diems in USA.
