Dear All,
I was working with an MNC company, but I was on the payroll of one of the consultancies. I resigned from that company 2 years ago. Now, I am in need of the money, so I want to withdraw my PF amount. Today, I called up that consultancy and asked for the procedure to withdraw the PF amount. They inquired about the resignation letter, and I informed them that I had submitted it, but the person to whom I gave the letter has left the company. Now, they are informing me that without completing the F&F settlement, you cannot withdraw your PF amount.
My question is, can PF withdrawal be related to F&F settlement?
Waiting for your valuable reply.
Thanks and Regards,

Dear Of course, PF withdrawal does not have any relation with full and final settlement, but at least you should resign. Now, you talk to them regarding PF withdrawal. If they refuse to sign your form, you fill up Form 19 and 10C and deposit them with the PF office directly, along with an application stating that the previous employer refused to sign it.

Dear Malik,
I was really expecting a reply from you. Thanks for your reply. I had already resigned, but the person who was our branch manager to whom I handed over my resignation letter had left the job, so I really don't know what to do further?

Dear,
You do one thing: send them the resignation letter again with reference to your earlier resignation, and send your PF withdrawal form along with your resignation. If they do not cooperate with you, then I have already mentioned in my earlier thread.
Thanks,

As advised by Mr. Malik, you may submit the PF withdrawal forms directly, duly signed by a government officer (in the instruction sheet attached to Form 19, you will find who else can sign on behalf of the employer), at the appropriate PF office only.
