My resignation date with my previous company was 09.04.2008, and I joined a new company on 10.04.2008. Although I was not a confirmed employee with my previous company, they provided me with a relieving certificate dated 09.04.2008.

My present company submitted Form-5 to the EPF department stating my date of joining as 10.04.2008. However, my previous company reported my date of leaving as 16.04.2008 in the final settlement, leading to overlapping dates. How should my PF be transferred or withdrawn?

Please suggest.
