Hi everybody,
I am new to this group. I am currently looking for a job in HR and am certain that I will find something soon, but my area of concern is that I aspire to be a trainer. I am 24 now, so how do I go about it? What should be my starting step towards becoming a trainer, and is there any certification required? If yes, can anybody suggest good "Train the Trainer" certification centers in Pune?
Awaiting replies.
Thank you.
