Dear All,
Can u help me in finding a format for a warning letter for employee poor performance and this is not a late coming or absenteeism. Mainly the performance is deteriorating. If possible give me first warning, second warning and final warning letters.

Dear Ranjani In warning letter we never ask for revert timeline, only in show cause we ask for explanations and give timeline to revert , please check again your warning letter format rgds
