I am working in a small-scale industry. This year, we are planning to introduce a performance appraisal system. In this regard, I have downloaded different types of formats, but I need the procedures/manual/policy to submit to the management because our director asked me to prepare a policy/procedures.
So, if anybody has the same, kindly send it to me as I have to submit the document by Monday.
