Dear All, Can anybody through some light on the different kinds of Appraisal Systems followed in India? We are just following MBO.............

Different appraisal system followed in India:
Some organization follows Scalar rating system or numerical or Ranking method, whereby managers are asked to rate an employee against a number of objectives or attributes.

Some organization follows 360 degree appraisal system, whereby an employee receives assessments from his/her mangers, peers, subordinates and customers while also performing a self appraisal.
Or else you can go for employee appraisal software.....which will help in unbiased appraisal process..for further info plz visit
