Managing end to end of recruitment ( administering the aptitude tests , structural interviews wherever necessary , assignment coordination and presentation , offer generation and closure – with necessary approvals)
Establishing a rapport with the business heads ; effective communication to understand new requirements
Campus placement efforts
Creative assessment planning techniques
Creation of recruitment dashboards ; recruitment focused communication planning
Recruitment follow up mechanisms ( indent tracking , Hr metrics - attrition dashboard to plan buffer of resources )

Candidate specifications

- Knowledge of the recruitment process
- Fabulous communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- Formal education in HR
- 1-3 years of recruitment exposure
