Hi,
I would suggest you to get registered immediately, otherwise it will creates problems for you, your directors and company. Your company total strength is 30, so you can pay Rs.6250/- and get registered in it.

All Companies Though no Employees also have to be registered under The Karnatak Shops and Commercial Establishment Act of 1961. You have 30 Employees where in FORM A has to filled and submitted with DD of Rs 6250/- State Bank of Mysore Treasury branch or cash along with List of Documents relating to company needs to be attached like Lease Agreent, Pan Card, List of Directors etc.
The Inspector will inspect the premises and penalty may be fine or Imprisionment or both.

hello ,
we had an officer who visited our company from labor department , and asked a few basic questions of whether we have kept the documennts clear, and also asked if the basic , HRA , payslips all in place.
he asked to go online and do all the necessary things.
please explain what are the key most important things which i have to do as an HR in the company,
and secondly please suggest me the salary formula in percentage which is very confusing ( as its been vry differently expalined ) by various seniors here.
thanks and regards ,
Shireen
