Hi all,
I've just gone a cycle of reviewing and making new HR policies.
I am attaching a couple of documents, which proved really helpful to me as they detail the step by step process to be followed while making policies.
Sources: 1. University of New South Wales2. Primary Care Trust

Hope this is helpful to all.

Thanks & Regards,
Vishal Nagda
