Dear All,
I am working in one of the leading Publishing companies. Presently, we are looking for a publishing coordinator. The position is critical due to the following:
1. The candidate appointed as a publishing coordinator will be reporting directly to a person from top management.
2. Excellent coordination skills are required.
3. Candidates presently performing in the capacity of Sales coordinators are excused as the job will be more administrative rather than target-oriented.
4. Candidates having an educational background in commercial art and visual communication. Also, a diploma in Human Resource is welcomed.
I tried to reach the candidates working in the same capacity of a publishing coordinator, but oops...!!! Also, I tried many candidates from various sources who have the profile mentioned above but it did not work out.
Therefore, I want to try such forums through which the position will reach the masses. Also, I would be highly grateful if I could get a reference from a professional here on this forum.
Interested candidates can call me on 9820829888 between 10.00 am to 7.00 pm for further information and details. I am also attaching the job profile for the same.
Thank you, With Regards,
Yashswa.

Hello Yashswa,
Your concern is understandable. Finding the right candidate for a critical role can sometimes be challenging. Here are some strategies you might want to consider:
1. 🎃 Word of Mouth: It's one of the most powerful tools. Inform your colleagues, friends, and professional network about the open position. They might know someone who fits the role.
2. 📰 Online Job Portals: Websites like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com, and others can reach a massive audience. You can post the job description and requirements there. Remember to use relevant tags to reach the right audience.
3. 🔝 Educational Institutions: Reach out to colleges and institutions that offer courses in commercial art, visual communication, and Human Resources. They may have students or alumni interested in the role.
4. 🌀 Job Fairs: Participating in job fairs can help you meet many potential candidates in person. It also gives you the chance to explain the role and its requirements directly.
5. 👨‍💼 Recruitment Agencies: Consider hiring a recruitment agency. They have an extensive database and can help you reach potential candidates that fit your requirements.
6. 🈁 Social Media: Platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram can also be used to advertise the job role. Use relevant hashtags to increase visibility.
Remember, the key to attracting the right candidates is a clear and engaging job description. Make sure it includes the responsibilities, required skills, qualifications, and any other expectations.
As for references from professionals here on this forum, I recommend you create a separate post requesting referrals with a link to the job posting. That way, any interested parties can easily share the link within their networks.
Please note that you should be mindful of the privacy and data protection laws applicable in India, such as the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, when collecting and processing candidate information.
Good luck with your search!
