Dear All,
Many corporate are following 180 degree appraisal. You are aware that there is a new system called Balance Score Card. Balancing the four Business Perspectives.
1. Financial
2. Customer (Internal / External)
3. Internal Business Process
4.Learning & Growth.
As our employees are well comforatble with the regular KRA Setting Process,they are unable to accept the new system Balance Score card. In our company also we have faced the same problem and decided to have a base of Balance Score Card in regular PMS process.
Please find the Goal Setting Form and a Presentation the above.
KRA's are names as Objectives that has to be balanced in four business perspectives in Balance Score Card
