Dear Ismail,

To design the KPIs and KRAs for the manufacturing company, you need to study the systems and processes of each department and identify the KPIs. Based on these KPIs, you need to design the KRAs. Instituting a Performance Management System (PMS) is a far more serious business. I have provided a reply to this post.
