Dear All
Kindly send me a format of showcause notice, while on duty one of the employee consumed the liquor and violation with the collegues. i would like to issue a strong showcause notice against him.

Dear Bharat,
You just gave a written warning this time to the convict, if u gave him a strong show cause letter it may go against you in court.
You can write as
It has been observed that You have come on ..........Dated in a drunken state in the company premises and abusing and threatining other staff also.
The above mentioned activity has led to stoppage of work which results in the stoppage of work which ultimate leads to loss for the company.
The above all the acts come in the definition of misconduct, However managenment has taken linient view this time, Not terminating your services.
You are hereby required to submit a written explanation for the satisfaction of Management within the 3 days receipt of this letter as to why action should not be taken against you.
