Dear all,

I have total work experience of 5 years in banking after my last employment I was out of india to settle there but some how it's not possible so I come back and I again try to find a job in reputed bank where all the prices is smoothly completed and I also get my branch in the end they asked me to provide my 3rd last bank's relieving letter , which I didnt have as out of 90 days I served only 40 days. The reason was I already took visa appointments and in notice period I was not allowed to take a single leave so due to that I must have to leave that bank without serving full notice period.i have offer letter, salary slips, confirmation letter, resignation letter ,acceptance letter and also all clearance activity letters. I am ready to pay remaining dues but bank hr refused to issue relieving letter either I pay or not so I didn't pay any penny. Now new bank's hr is asking to submit that relieving letter else I can't join new bank.my old hr is ready to give verbal statement and branch manager is also ready to give mail confirmation.i worked with 4 companies out of that I have all the documents of rest of 3 and in this case relieving letter is only missing and also it's 3rd last company not last. So plz help me to short out this critical issue as soon as possible.

Tnx

See f your purpose is to provide an evidence of employment then take out your form 26AS for that financial year. if that company deducted any TDS during the salary settlement it will show there.
