Dear all,
Gone through the discussion on habitual absenteeism. It is very good discussion, but main question remained unanswered. i.e. What do you think meaning of Habitual Absenteeism? The term habitual mean exceeding three times in a year, again what will be the criteria? I think if an employee remain absent with out any information or prior approved leave for more than four days in a month and if these conditions occured for more than 3 occassion then we can call it as habitual absentee.
Looking forward for your inputs.
