Hi,
am A.Ganesh working in a limited concern on contract basis.... i have been given salary of 12000/- in cash without any allowances & PF & ESI deductions....
now i have got a job in big organization..... They are Last month salary slip........ now what i have to do????
Please help me to solve this problem...... whether salary certificate is enough for the proof?????

Hi Ganesh,
If the salary break up does not include pF and ESI then its not your fault..
Because it was not in the practice of teh company, you working with..
Yes get a salary certificate from the employer... that would be sufficient..

Solve my problem also, i m getting salary in cash, 25000 p.m., I too have only offer letter and salary structure, but PF & ESI is never paid. Now i want to switch to other company. Will I face any problem in that??? please guide me sir.

Dear Amit,
I have a similar issue.
I am getting a consolidated salary of INR 52000 pm since November 2009 without any deductions. I am also not on the accounting books of the company as it is a very small company. Moreover I am working in a family based business where my spouse is the Director but i am working at a designation of 'Manager'.
Now i have to switch to another company; how can a consolidated salary be shown in this regard. Though I can show the appointment letter and relieving letter on the company letter head. Will it suffice.
Plz suggest.
