That means you are not working on the Roll of the Company or the company is not giving salary slips to all the Employees.
Whatever the case be Salary slip is of Standard format with a minimum changes in some of the allowances depending upon the company. You can take the format from any of your friends.

In such scenario you should submit a SALARY CERTIFICATE in place of Salary slip. Certi wil do faster as it’s easy process to solve your problem. Wish you all the best for the new beginning.

Salary certificate gives the latest salary drawn by the employee including the latest basic, da,perks, allowances and if wage revision is due the same can be highlighted in the service certificate.
Only if the service certificate is not given the would be employer may insist on pay slip.
Else service certificate is a better option when seeking employment

Dear Mr. tinku443,
Is this your consolidated pay?
You don't have any deductions from the salary, do you?
How much time have you worked with this employer, If worked for more time why haven't you asked the HR to open a bank account for you?
Please be acquainted with the prevailing ref checks. If you are trying to make one of your own and give it to your future employer that may cause teething troubles. The best way is to ask your employer to provide you with a SALARY CERTIFICATE, which consists of all the details in it. Haziness might cause hitches.

Hello Ma'am,
Thanks for your guidance.
In my org. there was no HR. I'm getting 18000/- per month n 800rs for mobile. There is no deduction bcoz my org. is not registered in PF/ESI n others. My org. use to hire employees from third party n in my org. there is only 12-15 employees on payroll n others employees are on third party's employees.
I have worked one year.
There is no HR. I asked my salary slip in account department, then they said to me there is no format for it.

Dear tinku443,
Check with 'em, if they are OK to sign on your endowed salary slip. If yes then you can download it in CiteHR which provides us with different payslips.

Now did you understand why I said to take a salary certificate from your employer. This is because in your salary slip they'll have to show the PF and ESI deductions. Therefore, your employee has not registered to PF and others they were paying you by cheque.
Do not wish to prepare your own salary statement, always explicit from the employer.
If you persist, here I can suggest you to take your basic more of 40% which shows that you were not be applicable for ESI contribution and PF leave it blank.
