Dear Member,
An employer can not refuse leave encashment of leaves at the timer of separation if leaves rules are there for encashment of leaves which are applicable to this employee also & if no Rules are there then examine under which of the Act this manager is covered regarding encashment of leaves.

Hi,
What is the ceiling on bonus and leave encashment.I have an info that there is a ceiling on bonus for Rs.10000 and in case a company wants to pay more then it will be called ex-gratia payment. Also for EL only Basic and DA should be calculated
