simply file form 13 to transfer account from lightsource energy to present company, and opt to get dsc verified by present employer
once the account is transferred, old employer is out of scene, and present employer can do everything

Sir, You/Employer can add and approve employees bank details As many accounts as they have, but make sure that Aadhar, Pan and mobile number linked with new bank account.

Last Date is Marked and Verified by employer on Member's Portal. Bank KYC is also verified by the employer.
The PF was not withdrawn for 2 years and not transferred.
The member decides to withdraw PF.
Meantime the Bank is merged with another bank. The Member's bank details are updated with changed bank name and IFSC.
Why employer's approval is required, when LAST date is already marked?
