Once our employee completed his service with 16 years member then know he want to withdraw his amount from PF So know which form to submit for PF withdrawal as per below.
PF Withdrawal Form 19 - (Submitted)
Pension Withdrawal Form 10C - ?
Scheme Certificate Form 10C-?
Monthly Pension Form 10D-?
Please help

Hi Raj Kumar,
After completing 16 years service still the employee is continuing with you?. If the employee is on service then cannot withdraw his PF now. Only partial withdrawal is allowed. However if the employee is got relieved from your company and if employed for more than 60 days from the date of relieving from your Company then employee can apply for PF through UAN login. Form19 ,10 C are old form used to apply @ offline mode. Employee can for apply for Scheme certificate if don't have any plan to work in other company with PF/Pension. However if he joins other company before completion of 58 years he need to surrender scheme to respective employer/pf office.
