The following labour laws are normally applicable to hospitals providing medical services for a fee.
1) the A.P Shops and Establishments Act -- if the Act does not exempt hospitals in A.P from it's purview.
2) the Industrial Disputes Act 1947
3) The Minimum Wages Act 1948 with state rules and state notified minimum wages.
4) The Payment of Gartuity act 1972
5) The P.F Act
7) The ESI Act, if covered by Sate Government notification.
8) The Contarct Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act 1971.

I would just add a few more to the list like: 8) The Maternity Benefit act, 1961. 9) The payment of Wages Act.1936.
