I am doing a work in pvt ltd company. as a 6 month probation period, now my probation period finish in January 2012. And all staff with company director is satisfied with my work. But some senior person like HR Department is not happy to cross my salary limit to other person in company. In this organization my work is different to all other employees in company.
Now I want to talk with HR Manager for confirmation letter & all other benefit like increment. bonus, gratuity & also cl, pl.
Now my question to Cite HR, spouse my HR manager is tell me your confirmation letter given after April 2012 with other employee in company. But He told me on my interview time (you are in 6 months probation period, after look your satisfaction work, company decide for your permanent employee in company.)
In this situation what i say to HR Manager? I want confirmation letter in February 2012.

Dear Ankita,
Dont do any thing in intial days , only observe the things for two or three months.
Try to learn the things or processes in intial days.
This intial learning will help you in future for your career growth.

Hi Ankita,
Congrats!!! for the start of ur professional career.
Two points to keep in mind in the initial phase of ur career, which will help u in long run:
1. Building Relation
2. Building Network
TO brief the 1st point if u hav good relation with seniors in ur organization of any of the (XYZee deptmt lets say operation, IT, admin, etc.,) any given task would be a snapdeal for u.
To brief the 2nd point hvng good network will help u getting ur work done, especially if u r from recruitment bakground.
50% (skill) + 50% (relation) = 100% (Work done)

Dear Ankita,
Congrats for your new job.
Try to build network in and out of your organization. This will help you at any point of time in your career. Second commit mistakes and learn from your mistakes, seek help from your seniors incase if you feel difficult and dont know to proceed further. Ask questions before doing a job. Before proceeding for a work study the entire content and understand and then proceed your job.

Dear Friend...
This phase of you is going to play very important role in your professional career. I kindly suggest you a very good methodology to analyse yourself.
Carry a separate diary with you on which there should be records of everything which is part of job and there should be inspection of your work after every two- three days. This will definitely help you to be a royal HE manager.
Wish you all d best!!!
