Salary Slip Format - Payroll Software

conedify Started The Discussion:

Hi,
We have been paying salaries in our company directly without any salary slips till now.
My boss has now told me to introduce salary slips which can be signed by the employees so that they can also keep track of their leaves and deductions.
Please provide me a salary slip format which contains the details of leaves, deductions and advances.

Thanks in advance...

Hi , After calculating Basic, HRA, Conveyance, Mobile, Education the remaining part of salary is adjusted in special allowance.

I have attached a salalry slip with leave info. In this slip you get Entitled Amount, Earned Amount and Arrear seperately in three columns. I generated this from Webpay Software, Online Payroll and HR software. You can check at bbspl.com or thenetspiders.com

Basic is usually 15% of CTC. PF etc are calculated on the basic pay.
