HI Frens,
Kindly let me know whether PF contribution by Employer is actually done by the employer or it gets deducted from the total ctc offered to an employee ?????

Hello Vijaya,

PF Contribution of employer-------

If it's CTC you are offering to the candidate i.e saying xxxlacs/annum including all amoluments...then PF Contribution of employer is a part of CTC.

At the same you have to be sure what is stated in offer letter given to the employee.

CTC has PF contribution of employer included in it so there is no need to provide it by employer out of CTC.

anyone can give me the CTC breakup of an employee whose CTC is 9.6 lac per annum.

PF will be the part of CTC
The PF contribution from employeer will be the part of CTC.

Hello Pinki Singh,

Giving breakup to you like this is not possible because it is differ from company to company and based on company policy. Company policy regarding more monthly take home, Saving maximum employee tax, annual benefits are such content that create difference in CTC company to company.

actully i want to know superficially what r those things which will be included in this ctc package???
like if suppose u r getting 9.6 lac per annum in ur present company then what will be its break up?
