HR Intervention

Hi All
I was planning to introduce a HR Intervention called "Intro Family" - Whenever any new employee join with our company we will be sending a leeter his spouse/Parents to tell that not only the employee but his family is also part of our company.
I would like to know wether my thinking is in right direction ?

Hi Vinay, I would like to know in which type of organisation you are working with. Because these type of initiative will be more meaningful if it is specific industry/organisation based. -Srinaren
