We are an IT hardware company currently employing 10-12 staff members to maintain a perfect database and assist with recruitment and other modules. We are in search of an HRMS software to implement. Can anyone assist me with this? We are already utilizing CRM software and are now interested in integrating HRMS as well.

You should contact Oracle since they have a complete HRMS package. Their financials and their Learning Management Systems are pretty good. We have just implemented them here at my organization.
